Consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Economic Area generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Mandatory rights in other countries remain unaffected.

How the 14-day period works

The period normally ends 14 days after the subscription contract is concluded. To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement before the deadline to Webdevamin at Eigen-Haardstraat 39, 8400 Oostende, Belgium or [email protected]. You may use the model form below, but it is not required. Include the account email and Paddle order or transaction reference so the purchase can be identified.

Service started during the period

If you expressly ask for the digital service to start during the 14-day period, you may owe a proportionate amount for service supplied before withdrawal where the law allows it. Access to a paid plan is not treated as a blanket waiver. A right can be lost only when all statutory conditions for the relevant digital supply are met.

Effects of withdrawal

  • Payments covered by a valid withdrawal are refunded without undue delay and normally within 14 days.
  • The same payment method is used unless another method is expressly agreed.
  • Access to the withdrawn paid service can end when the withdrawal is processed.
  • Customer-created content can be exported before access ends, subject to the rights of others and legal retention duties.
Paddle is Merchant of Record for the purchase and may process the refund. You may contact Paddle support or Postiva. These instructions do not limit statutory conformity, refund, or termination remedies for a defective service.
