Direct contact

Email is the fastest route for privacy, billing, security, or legal questions. Support is provided in English.

Platform and illegal content contact

Postiva provides an online template marketplace. Notices about allegedly illegal content, intellectual property, privacy, fraud, or other rights issues can be submitted through the dedicated report form. Reports receive a reference number, acknowledgement, and a reasoned outcome when contact details are supplied.

The contact point for users and reporters is [email protected]. Communication can be made in English or Dutch.

The contact point for Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services is the same email address, marked in the subject as an authority request. English and Dutch are accepted.

Consumer complaints

Contact [email protected] first with the account email, transaction reference, facts, and requested solution. If a Belgian consumer dispute is not resolved directly, it can be submitted to the Consumer Mediation Service, North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, at consumerombudsman.be. The discontinued EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is not used.

Digital Services Act complaints

The Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications is Belgium's Digital Services Coordinator. A recipient may submit a complaint to the coordinator in the Member State where they are located or established when they believe an intermediary service has infringed the Digital Services Act. See bipt.be. This does not remove other court or regulator rights.

Responsibility for content

Customers remain responsible for source material, generated output, uploaded assets, marketplace templates, and the rights needed to use or publish them. Postiva may restrict or remove content when required by law, these Terms, or a substantiated report.
